Lathe Body
Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic parts positioned together under the covers. With a complete bed tilted to the horizontal plane by 45°, it has a compact structure, high rigidity, smooth chip disposal system. Rolling guideway and high-speed silent ball screws are adopted to ensure high speed, low heat and high positioning accuracy. Provided Complete enclosed guarding, automatic chip removal, lubricating and cooling system.
 
Lathe Bed
With finite element analysis and optimization for casting structure and the second aging treatment for castings, the resin sand cast iron bed has a high rigidity and high stability. Finish machined by the high-precision five-sided gantry machining center, its geometric precision is high. The oblique bed layout has the advantages of high rigidity, compact structure, smooth chip disposal and easy operation. The rolling guideway which has a small friction coefficient is adopted to ensure fast moving and high positioning accuracy.
 
Spindle
FANUC AC servo motor is adopted in spindle head and the reduced speed is driven by the belt. High-precision angular contact ball bearing is used for spindle bearing to ensure high speed, high rotating precision and low temperature rise. High-rigidity spindle components are adopted, and the diameter of the front and rear shaft is the same. Angular contact ball bearing, which has a strong bearing capacity, is suitable for cantilever cutting without tailstock supported, is used for the front support. Spindle components are assembled in the constant temperature environment, and are adjusted by strict dynamic balance experiment.
 
Drive System
FANUC AC servo motor, high-speed silent ball screw and directly connected flexible coupling ensure high moving speed, positioning accuracy and repeatability. The built-in absolute encoder has non-cumulative error, and doesn’t need to memorize nor find a reference point. The information won’t be lost after power off. FANUC 0i-mate-TD CNC system and AC longitudinal and transverse servo system have a reliable quality. The high-quality main motor with high torque and large power can realize constant speed cutting.
